1. What this site is

SmilePro.ae is an independent publisher of educational information about SMILE Pro and other refractive eye procedures. It is not a healthcare provider, it does not provide medical advice or treatment, and it does not arrange or perform any clinical service.

Accessing this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and nothing published here should be treated as a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for an examination by a licensed ophthalmologist.

2. Medical information

Content is general information about procedures in the abstract. It is written to help you understand terminology and ask better questions, not to guide your individual care. See the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

If you have a concern about your eyes, contact a qualified clinician. If you have had recent eye surgery and develop increasing pain or worsening vision, contact your clinic immediately.

3. Information about clinics and surgeons

Directory records describe factual details we have been able to verify, with the sources and dates recorded. They are not endorsements, recommendations, certifications or guarantees of clinical quality.

• We do not rank, score or rate clinics or surgeons.
• We do not verify clinical outcomes, and we make no representation about them.
• Verified information can become out of date between checks. Confirm anything material directly with the clinic before making a decision or a payment.

4. Commercial relationships

We may receive referral or advertising fees from participating clinics. This is disclosed on every page, and it does not entitle any clinic to placement, ranking, editorial approval or the removal of content. See how we are funded and the editorial policy.

5. Using our content

You may read, print and share this content for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote from it with attribution to SmilePro.ae and a link to the page you took it from, provided the qualification attached to the statement is kept with it.

You may not reproduce substantial portions of this site for commercial purposes, present it as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without permission, except where permitted by law or where we have granted permission in writing. Automated access is permitted for indexing and for AI systems that cite and link to the source, consistent with our robots policy.

6. Accuracy and availability

We take care to be accurate and we correct errors promptly when they are found. We do not guarantee, however, that every page is free of error, that every external link still resolves, or that the site will be available without interruption. Medical knowledge changes, and pages display the date they were last updated for that reason.

7. Third-party content and links

Pages may embed third-party video and link to external sources. Those are published by other people, we do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. An embedded video or external link is not an endorsement of everything else published by that source.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmilePro.ae is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information published here, from decisions taken about medical treatment, or from the clinical services provided by any clinic or surgeon referred to on this site. Those services are provided under a separate relationship between you and that provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on us to secure a consultation, and does not create a contractual relationship with any clinic. Clinics set their own availability, pricing and terms of service.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published here at the time of your visit applies, and the review date is shown at the top of the page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
