What we cannot help with

We are not a clinic and there is no clinician on the other end of this form. We cannot assess your eyes, tell you whether you are suitable for surgery, interpret a prescription or a topography scan, advise on a symptom, or intervene in a dispute with a provider. Those questions need a qualified ophthalmologist.

If you have had recent eye surgery and are worried about a symptom, contact the clinic that treated you, or seek urgent care: do not wait for a reply from us.
